Product design for a holistic health startup fit for the A.I. era
I trained the founder in user interviewing techniques, turned the interviews with target practitioners and therapy seekers into a quantitative survey and determined shared pain points via responses from the wider survey cohort.
Based on these pain points, I then prototyped the full platform including unique therapy discovery use of an LLM to render dual responses, one evidence-based and one holistic/spiritual, to address the contrasting customer priorities profiles that emerged during the research.
